📋 Description

• Own end-to-end supply chain function from forecasting to logistics
• Build scalable systems for efficiency and visibility
• Manage supplier and manufacturing relationships internationally
• Oversee freight, customs, import ops, and logistics coordination
• Lead 3PL partnerships to improve delivery and cost
• Negotiate supplier terms and run cost-optimized ops

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing supply chain ops at scale in DTC/eCommerce/fast-growing brands
• Strong international logistics, procurement, inventory, supplier negotiations
• Experience with global manufacturers, incl. China
• Hands-on with 3PL ops, ERP systems, forecasting tools, reporting
• Ability to build processes, systems, teams for growth
• Strong leadership and proactive, accountable approach
