Head of Supply Chain & Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end supply chain: forecasting, inventory planning, procurement, logistics, performance.
• Build scalable systems to boost efficiency, reliability, and visibility.
• Manage supplier/manufacturing relationships with international partners.
• Oversee freight forwarding, customs, imports, and international logistics.
• Lead 3PL partnerships to improve delivery, cost, and CX.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and terms to optimize costs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven supply chain ops experience at scale in DTC/eCommerce/fast-growth brand.
• Strong international logistics, procurement, inventory mgmt, and supplier negotiations.
• Experience with global manufacturing partners, incl. China-based suppliers.
• Hands-on with 3PL ops, ERP systems, forecasting tools, and operational reporting.
• Ability to build processes, systems, and teams that scale the business.
• Strong leadership, ownership of complex operational challenges, independent solutions.
