🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; HRM or Business Admin preferred.
5+ years HR experience; cross-border ecommerce/logistics tech preferred.
Full-cycle recruitment; independently manage hires and teams.
Proficient in labor laws and personnel management (OD).
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, results-driven.
English/Mandarin; cross-border team experience preferred.
