• Drive Talent Acquisition, Operations, and strategic workforce planning to align with business goals.
• Lead leadership development, succession, and a high-performing Talent function that scales with

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and leading talent functions at scale across multiple countries and
• Strong track record in workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Experience creating AI-native processes for sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and analytics.
• Ability to partner with CEOs/COOs and board-level stakeholders; comfortable in executive
• Bias for building scalable systems, governance, and cross-brand standard operating models.
• Fluent in aligning talent strategy with business goals and financial outcomes.
