• Lead a team of program managers and TA professionals to maximize efficiency, enablement, and

• Drive operational excellence to deliver high-quality hiring in a timely manner.
• Partner with executives and People teams to build a high-impact, fast-moving hiring strategy.
• Streamline end-to-end hiring processes from headcount approval to offer execution.
• Develop TA roadmap and capacity model to meet hiring needs across Asana teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition and 4+ years managing TA Operations.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on company-wide initiatives.
• Proven change management experience and ability to drive accountability across an organization.
• Data-driven decision making for operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• History of scalable planning and team enablement; strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Business mindset with link between talent impact and organizational success.
