📋 Description

• Formulate trading strategy, roadmap, liquidity, and pricing.
• Oversee daily ops: matching, execution, settlement, reconciliation.
• Manage liquidity providers and market depth for stability.
• Lead risk management: controls, monitoring, incident response.
• Build and develop the trading team; set roles and reviews.
• Ensure global regulatory compliance and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in digital asset/financial trading; 5+ years leading trading teams.
• Deep knowledge of spot/derivatives, liquidity management, and trading ops.
• Proven track record of growing trading volume and efficiency.
• Familiar with trading systems, order matching, and settlement.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; CFA/FRM/Series 7 preferred.
• Familiar with FATF, MiCA and global trading compliance; strong risk controls.
