📋 Description

• Own and refine the next version of Mollie’s operating model with leadership input
• Lead rollout of the Mollie Playbook across domains and ensure daily practice of routines and
• Build information architecture so employees find up-to-date info and get AI-enabled answers
• Collaborate with GoCardless to educate new colleagues on Mollie operations
• Run workshops with MT and ELT to align decisions and resolve debates
• Lead a small program-management team driving rollout, content, training and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in operational roles within scaling tech/fintech contexts
• 3+ years in a managerial role with track record influencing senior stakeholders
• Design or improve operating models, ways of working, or organisational effectiveness
• Comfort across People/HR and product/engineering domains
• Practical understanding of AI and data usage to improve information access
• Fluency in English; experience with post-merger integration is a plus
