Head of Web Ecosystem

📋 Description

• Set strategy for JetBrains web products; start new directions when gaps exist.
• Define work for product, marketing, advocacy, and partnerships toward one plan.
• Track changes and trends in the web ecosystem (frameworks, tooling, releases).
• Build relationships with key players in the web ecosystem (companies, open-source).
• Work with engineering and QA leads to set priorities and plan work.
• Represent JetBrains at major web events and meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of web dev: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, tooling.
• Experience guiding product direction from market needs as PM or Head of Product.
• Experience leading cross-team work across PM, marketing, advocacy, and biz dev.
• Strong external-facing skills: partnerships, community, exec-level communication.
• Ability to use data from community feedback with product usage for decisions.
