Head Therapist - Drawn to Life

📋 Description

• Provide rehabilitation and medical care to Cirque du Soleil high-performance artists.
• Lead emergency response and trauma management within the show and training environments.
• Collaborate with Coaches and Artistic Team to reduce injuries and support performance.
• Manage performance medicine operations, planning meetings, and communications with PMED team.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and confidentiality per medico-legal and CDS standards.
• Support safety guidelines and injury-prevention strategies for the show environment.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Athletic Training or Physical Therapy with licensure in Florida.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant clinical musculoskeletal experience.
• First Aid and Trauma Management certification (CDS-recognised).
• Fluency in English; experience with performing artists a plus.
• Ability to work with high-caliber athletes in a dynamic, pressured environment.
