📋 Description

• Lead and manage PMed department operations for the Head Therapist role.
• Coordinate medical care, emergency prep, and performance support for artists.
• Collaborate with Coaches and Artistic Team on injury prevention and care.
• Ensure compliance with Grupo Vidanta governance and safety standards.
• Communicate medical information to management and participate in meetings.
• Oversee referrals, training, and equipment needs for PMed staff.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Athletic Therapy/Training, Physical Therapy, or Physiotherapy; Master’s
• Valid CPR/AED (EMT/First Responder courses preferred).
• Minimum 6 years clinical experience; on-field/event coverage preferred.
• Experience leading staff; work with high-caliber athletes.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is an asset.
• Available to work full-time in Mexico.
