Health Plan Associate, Program Management

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional healthcare projects and initiatives
• Drive program outcomes from initiation to close-out
• Coordinate claims, authorizations, Part D pharmacy, provider network, and member services
• Develop and maintain end-to-end go-live plans for Health Plan programs
• Own regulatory deliverables and performance improvements
• Establish risk, dependencies, and timelines across initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in project management within healthcare
• Experience with enrollment, claims, and regulatory filings
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and meeting facilitation
• Excellent written/verbal communication for internal/external stakeholders
• Nice to have: experience with vendor implementations and regulatory audits
• Proven ability to manage multiple items with deadlines
