Health Plan Operations Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with the Chief Customer Officer on customer strategy.
• Coordinate Evio’s CAC operations and executive narratives.
• Surface product adoption insights from investor/customers.
• Align cross-functional teams to engage health plans consistently.
• Support annual customer business and financial planning.
• Develop executive communications and on-brand narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business/healthcare; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years healthcare experience with health plans; pharma/PBM preferred.
• Strong understanding of health plan landscape and executives.
• Experience supporting executive governance bodies and boards.
• Excellent written/verbal/presentation skills; storytelling strengths.
• Strong project management; ability to manage priorities in ambiguity.
