📋 Description

• Transform complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights across claims, clinical, and
• Support ad hoc analytical deep dives to inform modeling, reporting, and analytics efforts.
• Validate data quality and understand data flow to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with analysts to define analytical approaches for assigned projects.
• Work in a primarily remote, time-zone aligned environment (Central Time 8:30am–5pm).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience with analytical tools through coursework, projects, or internships
• Experience using SQL and Python
• Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related
• Analytical, structured problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams)
