Healthcare Innovation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead compliant, high-impact healthcare innovation collaborations with external stakeholders in CZ
• Strategic leadership translating external insights into innovation strategies and partnerships with
• Define and drive the healthcare innovation agenda for CZ & SK aligned with business priorities
• Build understanding of healthcare landscape and engage HCPs, HICs, pharmacists, and other partners.
• Translate insights into a portfolio of initiatives with objectives, milestones, and measurable
• Lead and govern external stakeholder collaborations focused on patient care in CZ & SK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in health innovation, public health, medicine, pharmacy, business, or
• Proven ability to operate with integrity in a regulated environment.
• Deep understanding of CZ & SK healthcare landscape and stakeholder dynamics.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking to translate ambiguity into actionable priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to manage complexity and a portfolio of interdependent priorities.
