• Outbound calls to hospitals, rehab centers, nursing facilities, and other US healthcare orgs.
• Identify decision-makers (discharge planners, social workers, case managers).
• Introduce care services clearly to build relationships with healthcare contacts.
• Pre-qualify referrals with questions on discharge timing, care needs, service frequency
• Determine if patients may require 24/7, live-in, or part-time home care.
• Schedule qualified introductions and in‑person appointments with US-based Healthcare Liaison.

🎯 Requirements

• Clear, professional spoken English with a neutral accent preferred.
• Strong telephone communication and professional etiquette.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable outbound calls to US healthcare facilities.
• Confident communication with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, good follow-through.
