📋 Description

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule maintenance and repairs of heavy equipment.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate activities.
• Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
• Lead the Heavy-Duty Mechanics team to repair, overhaul, and service engines.
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with safety standards.
• Train new workers and develop the team, performing tasks with minimal supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Proven experience as a Heavy-Duty Mechanic diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment.
• Proficient with computerized and testing equipment for fault identification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools; ability to work independently.
• English proficiency is a must, French is an asset.
