Heavy Maintenance Representative

📋 Description

• Oversee heavy maintenance, modifications, and aircraft induction work by outside vendors (MRO).
• Act as company representative ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety standards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control, vendors, and Allegiant departments to resolve issues.
• Interface with FAA/regulators for airworthiness release and inspections.
• Supervise work to ensure compliance with Allegiant policies and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Airframe and Powerplant License (certification).
• Minimum 10 years Part 121/135 maintenance or quality inspector experience.
• 5+ years in heavy maintenance of A320 and 737MAX experience.
• 3+ years managing direct reports or remote supervision.
• Ability to travel 75-80% and work nights/weekends/holidays.
• Authorized to work in the US; pass background check; valid passport and driver’s license.
