📋 Description

  • PSA/ticketing platform experience: ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, HaloPSA.
  • Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN configurations.
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST and strong communication.
