📋 Description

  • Install, administer, and maintain client machines, devices, and software.
  • Provide technical support to network end-users for CAOC.
  • Support IT systems in production, development, exercise, and training.
  • Perform preventive, remedial, and corrective maintenance to keep systems running.
  • Assist with email management, PST storage, and migration.
  • O&M of deployable communications suites (ECK) including setup.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associates degree in CS or related field, or 2+ years IT hardware experience.
  • Add, move, and change client hardware/software for end-user needs.
  • Provide system support to clients on the network/domain.
  • Configure client software and perform basic configuration management.
  • Install equipment, test, and accept new systems per contract.
  • DoD 8140 DCWF 451 Intermediate Level certification.
