HEOR Director

📋 Description

• Lead HEOR strategy for a major therapeutic franchise.
• Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Medical, R&D, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee design and execution of HEOR studies and evidence generation.
• Apply HEOR methods: claims, EHRs, registries, modeling, reviews.
• Translate research into clear value narratives for stakeholders.
• Communicate HEOR priorities and align with product strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Health Services Research, Pharmacoepidemiology, Public Health, or related
• 7+ years HEOR experience; 10+ years with Master’s degree.
• Proven track record designing and leading HEOR programs.
• Strong expertise in secondary data research (claims, EHRs, registries).
• Experience with pharmacoeconomic modeling and evidence synthesis.
• Knowledge of US payer, HTA, and regulatory landscapes.
