Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one home nursing care (RN/LPN) in patient’s home in Marquette, MI
• Care for medically complex children and adults (trach/vent care, meds, catheter care)
• Coordinate with families and care teams to ensure quality care
• Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing services in home setting
• Support ADLs and daily living activities
• Document patient condition and vital signs accurately

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Pediatrics (birth–21) and/or adults with complex needs experience a plus
• Commitment to flexible scheduling and compassionate care
