Hospital Surgical Rep (HS)

📋 Description

• Sell Allergan Medical plastic surgery products to providers
• Maintain and grow customer base; develop new markets
• Promote Tissue Matrices, Natrelle implants, Keller Funnel, and related products
• Meet/exceed sales targets and drive customer conversions
• Build relationships with physicians and office staff
• Travel to assigned territories as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in health, sciences, pharmacy or business
• Minimum 3 years in Surgical or Specialty Sales
• Experience with hospital sales, buy and bill, or OR environment preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage budgets, multi-task, and prioritize workload
• Knowledge of medical devices and operating room etiquette
