Oversee day-to-day hospitality functions across outlets/catering locations
Set, enforce, and improve standards for hospitality operations and guest interactions
Coordinate service operations and staff scheduling; support events and catering requests
Maintain food safety practices and clean, safe workstations
Train staff on customer service, menu knowledge, allergens, and nutrition awareness
Collaborate with vendors and manage inventory, quality, and service consistency

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
6+ years in food service with 2+ years in leadership
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for 8-12 hours, and work all shifts
Food Manager Certification and TABC certification (internal training provided)
Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
Experience with HR practices and training development
