Act as a trusted partner and strategic advisor to hosts.
Build proactive relationships to reduce churn and boost lifetime value.
Conduct regular performance check-ins aligned to goals and benchmarks.
Drive host accountability on occupancy, bookability, rejection rates, move-in ratings, retention.
Collaborate with hosts on expansion and portfolio growth.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in account management, customer success, or high-touch roles.
Strong platform/policy fluency and ability to explain decisions clearly.
Proactive portfolio management with data-driven storytelling.
Excellent communication and empathetic yet direct approach.
Organizational skills to manage a large book of business.
