Host Experience Manager

📋 Description

• Own and manage a portfolio of PadSplit hosts as primary contact
• Build proactive, trust-based relationships to reduce churn
• Conduct regular performance check-ins aligned to host goals
• Drive host accountability on occupancy, move-in, retention
• Lead new host activation and set expectations from day one
• Guide hosts on pricing, occupancy, and platform best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in account management or customer success
• Deep knowledge of PadSplit platform, policies, and fees
• Proactive portfolio management across many relationships
• Data-driven storytelling to guide host conversations
• Strong critical thinking and sound judgment
• Empathetic directness with clear, confident communication
