House Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of assigned group homes
• Develop, maintain, and review ISPs, BSPs, or IPPs
• Partner with families, case managers, and stakeholders
• Manage household and individual budgets
• Provide on-site orientation and direct staff training
• Coach and develop employees; conduct evaluations and handle disciplinary actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or
• 2+ years managerial/supervisory experience
• 1+ year direct experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
• Experience with mental health preferred
• Background clearance required; valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle
• Strong decision-making, time management, and communication skills
