House Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee residential programs, including high-acuity behavioral homes (AFH settings)
• Supervise, coach, and develop teams of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Drive implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and partner on Functional Behavior
• Provide leadership during crisis situations, ensuring safe, consistent, and compliant responses
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and clinical teams to ensure quality care
• Manage program operations including staffing, budgets, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance
• Experience supporting individuals with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental health
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience supporting individuals with behavioral interventions and BSPs
• Proven ability to manage crisis situations, de-escalation, and high-risk behaviors
• Experience in residential, group home, or behavioral health settings highly preferred
