House Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of assigned group homes
• Develop, maintain, and review ISPs, BSPs, or IPPs
• Partner with families, case managers, and other stakeholders
• Manage household and individual budgets
• Provide orientation and training to staff
• Lead team meetings and schedule staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field
• 2+ years managerial/supervisory experience
• 1+ year direct experience with individuals with DD/ID
• Mental health experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong decision-making, time management and communication skills
