• Clean leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, and amenity spaces
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments and model homes
• Restock and maintain resident coffee stations and common areas
• Complete touch-ups and freshen move-in ready apartments
• Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community
• Support the maintenance team with housekeeping tasks as needed
