📋 Description

  • Partner with business leaders across multiple functions on workforce planning, organizational

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources with HR Generalist/HRBP background.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, investigations, performance management, compensation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and Workday HRIS.
  • Facilitation, project management, negotiation, conflict resolution, coaching, and consultative
