HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Client partnership across Sales, CS, Service, Ops, Partnerships and BD
• Employee relations casework across PH and US; document to reduce risk
• Change management support during organizational transitions
• Operational excellence: HR programs, cycles, and engagement insights
• Data-driven decision making: analyze people data and translate findings
• Culture and employee advocacy: model Thumbtack's values within client groups

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience with HRBP background
• Ability to work North American business hours (PST Preferred)
• Strong communication skills and judgment to handle tough conversations
• Experience supporting high-volume frontline/commercial teams
• Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and change management
• Comfort supporting employees across multiple geographies including the Philippines
