📋 Description

• Act as trusted HR partner to production leadership, aligning people strategies with goals.
• Deliver HR services across talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement.
• Drive employee development, collaboration, and performance.
• Promote continuous improvement and inclusive culture.
• Manage employee relations, compliance with labor laws.
• Develop HR metrics and policies that reflect GT's Living Foods values.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years HR experience; 1-2 years in manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• HRIS experience, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledgeable in HR functions and best practices.
