📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance to business units on HR policies and people matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of HRBP experience.
• Strong knowledge of Czech employment law.
• Data-driven with HR metrics analytics.
• Trusted advisor with relationship-building skills.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Native Czech speaker and fluent English.
