📋 Description

• Serve as trusted HR advisor to management and employees.
• Partner with leadership on org design, headcount planning, and coaching.
• Educate managers on policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Implement training and development programs to support culture and growth.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
• Champion DEI initiatives and embed DEI into policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (Rippling preferred).
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and multi-state compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational and discretion.
• Global HR experience a plus; full life-cycle recruiting.
