• 6 to 8+ years HRBP experience with hands-on org design.
• Strong business and data acumen; use people data and AI tools.
• Executive influence and credibility with senior leaders.
• Ability to balance function needs with company standards.
• Able to operate with agility and problem-solving mindset.
• AI-native mindset for human-guided AI support.
