🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a high-tech company.
• Experience advising, coaching, and guiding managers and employees.
• Ability to work in a global, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience, including for R&D positions.
• Ability to influence and advise business leadership.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
