🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin; 5+ years HR, 2+ yrs as HRBP.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across cultures.
• In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Conflict resolution and coaching skills at all levels.
• Integrity and discretion with confidential issues.
• HRIS experience and project management; strong organizational skills.
