HR Business Partner, EPDD (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Embedded People partner for EPDD: Engineering, Product, Design, and Data
• Strategic partnership with EPDD managers and senior managers
• Coach leaders through performance conversations and ER/difficult decisions
• Data-driven approach to org health and scaling
• End-to-end performance management support
• Accessible partner across the team for employee lifecycle guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 4 – 7 years of progressive HR experience; at least 1 year in true HRBP role
• Direct experience supporting EPDD or R&D teams (engineers/PMs) is a major plus
• Advisory instincts with data-driven decision making
• Experience managing leave programs and immigration cases
• Genuine AI fluency; ability to build/improve workflows with AI
• Strong Canadian and US employment law knowledge
