HR Business Partner Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with leaders in assigned function to deliver people strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders, solving people challenges with HR expertise.
• Execute core HRBP work: recruiting, onboarding, performance, ER, org change.
• Develop deep understanding of your function and be the primary HR partner.
• Guide talent management including hiring, development, and retention.
• Support organizational decisions, role clarity, team structure, and capability planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years HR Business Partner experience.
• 4-5 years professional experience.
• Experience in a function or business area with deep expertise.
• Strong HR knowledge in talent management, performance management, employee relations, and org effectiveness.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience guiding managers through people challenges and organizational decisions.
