📋 Description

• Act as HR point of contact across onboarding and lifecycle events.
• Partner with managers to lead Performance Management practices.
• Coach managers to grow as people leaders.
• Participate in hiring; assess cultural fit before offers.
• Monitor engagement; surface insights with leaders.
• Contribute to HR analytics to inform workforce decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as HR Generalist or HR People Partner.
• Experience supporting multicultural teams.
• Strong understanding of employee evaluation methods and PM tools.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Recruitment experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
