📋 Description

  • HR point of contact across onboarding, 1:1s, performance reviews, and offboarding
  • Partner with managers to embed performance management practices
  • Monitor and improve employee satisfaction; surface insights with leaders
  • Contribute to HR analytics to inform workforce strategy and trends
  • Improve HR processes to meet employee and business needs

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years as HR Generalist or People Partner
  • Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour law and regulations
  • Experience with employment contracts, amendments, terminations
  • Experience supporting multicultural teams
  • Understanding of performance management tools
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
