HR Generalist, HR Operations

📋 Description

• Hybrid role in Katowice, Poland; in-office 2 days/week.
• Support employees and managers in HR operations across locations.
• Partner on benefits programs, HR systems, policies and processes.
• Contribute to day-to-day HR activities and strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years HR experience in a global org (hi-tech preferred).
• Business English proficiency; additional European language desirable.
• Knowledge of Labor Law and Working Time regulations in region.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; combination of experience/education welcomed.
• Experience with HR systems, payroll, onboarding, and data privacy.
