📋 Description

  • Be the first HR contact for employee relations in US/LATAM regions
  • Coordinate HRBP-led programs and projects with data and insights
  • Support performance cycles, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding coordination and documentation
  • Provide data, dashboards, and reporting to improve decisions
  • Collaborate with HR Ops to ensure HRIS accuracy

🎯 Requirements

  • 3 years HR coordination or people programs experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Detail oriented with ability to handle confidential information
  • Independent and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in developing HRBP skills in an engineering business
  • Experience with remote teams across regions preferred
