📋 Description

  • Lead day-to-day HR ops and office admin in HK.
  • Onboard/offboard, records, contracts, and HR docs.
  • Primary HR contact for HK employees and managers.
  • Ensure HR records, systems, and compliance with HK law.
  • Manage payroll, MPF, benefits, leave, and compliance.
  • Support visas, immigration, relocation, and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–8 years in HR Ops, People Ops, HR Generalist, or Office Mgt.
  • Hands-on HK HR ops: payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, records.
  • Proven HK visa and immigration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, MPF, and payroll compliance.
  • Recruitment support experience for HK roles.
  • Fintech or financial services experience preferred.
  • Excellent English; Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.
