HR (Human Resources) Business Partner

📋 Description

• Serve as day-to-day HR contact for managers and employees across Built.
• Build relationships with people leaders to be a trusted resource early.
• Lead cyclical People programs (performance, engagement, calibrations, comp).
• Use AI to accelerate routine HR work and craft manager resources.
• Partner with Sr. HR Generalist and VP, People to link field observations to company programs.
• Travel to Nashville (remote employees) twice yearly for gatherings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years HR experience, incl. 2–3 years in an HRBP role.
• Manage ER cases independently, including investigations.
• Build credibility with managers and advise through complex people situations.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in HR work.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and making judgment calls without a playbook.
