📋 Description

• Provide HR services from joining to contract expiry.
• Manage onboarding and induction of new hires.
• Lead core HR systems and processes operationally.
• Handle HR records, compliance, and admin tasks.
• Oversee expats full-cycle employment, occasional relocation support.
• Improve HR processes: workforce admin, comp, benefits, performance, training.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as HR Manager / HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws; MENA regs a plus.
• Experience with visas/immigration policies.
• Experience working with external vendors.
• Results-driven in dynamic environments.
• English level: B2+; Ukrainian level: B2+.
