📋 Description

• Own end-to-end HR Ops processes across EMEA, scalable and compliant.
• Use data trends to identify opportunities and design proactive solutions.
• Resolve complex, sensitive HR cases with sound judgment.
• Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, HR People Technology to improve workflows.
• Lead operational projects from discovery to delivery.
• Contribute Workday and ServiceNow/HRSD expertise for reporting and enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong HR Ops experience in international/matrixed settings.
• Deep knowledge of HR operations; Workday and ServiceNow/HRSD for reporting and changes.
• Analytical with ability to turn data into actionable improvements.
• Strong judgment handling sensitive employee matters; know when to escalate.
• Confident with cross-geography/stakeholder partnerships; influence decisions.
• Experience leading projects end-to-end with scope, milestones, and outcomes.
