🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• 5+ years in HR operations or people management
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR operations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
