HR People Partner

📋 Description

• Own onboarding, adaptation, performance, and offboarding

• Partner with tech and non-tech teams to boost effectiveness

• Run regular 1:1s, identify risks, and support development

• Drive performance review cycles with transparent processes

• Support and improve HR policies aligned with business needs

• Advise managers on employee relations, team dynamics, and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years HR experience, ideally in IT fintech

• Strong understanding of lifecycle and performance management

• Confidence working with managers and influencing decisions

• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment

• Intermediate+ English
