🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR People Partner, or HR leadership role, ideally
• Proven experience partnering directly with founders, executives, and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of company growth stages and organizational development challenges.
• Experience managing and improving employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding
• Demonstrated ability to work with HR analytics, compensation and benefits processes, payroll
• Fluent written and spoken Russian and English communication skills.
